Is Tokyo for kids? You bet it is. You see, both of my children were born and raised in Tokyo until 2013, and it still feels like home every time we return.
TOKYO FOR KIDS
We’ve moved around a bit since 2013 (Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and now Spain), but no city we’ve been to so far can match Tokyo for culture, food and family fun. Tokyo is safe, culturally rich, and surprisingly easy to navigate for a city of its size.
I’ve written extensively about Tokyo family travel, both on this blog and for the Japan Times newspaper, where I’ve worked on and off since 2001. Below are a few links to help you find fun and educational things to do in Tokyo.
